I love cooking and, well, eating of course! For me cooking and eating good food is one of the most satisfactory pleasures in life. Cooking is especially rewarding when I can prepare a meal entirely out of our garden. This is not always possible but, sometimes is! I am especially keen on baking bread as you may see many posts dedicated to it. I am lucky to have a wood-fired oven in our backyard and I love making pizza in it.
